It is divided into hard calendering, soft calendering and super calendering in recent years. It is recommended to use carbon fiber blades with high carbon content. Some calenders have high temperature and need high temperature resistance. Some customers use metal blades for soft calendering. Attention should be paid to the angle and pressure (when the soft calendering part is rubber roller, the angle of the scraper is controlled between 15 and 17 degrees, and the linear pressure is lower than 200 g/cm). The maximum temperature resistance of our scraper in this part reaches 260 ℃
