1. Before use, carefully check the blade of the coating blade (including: ① whether the blade is straight; ② whether there is a gap in the blade; ③ when the length of the blade is long, at least two people should take the blade at the same time to avoid excessive bending of the blade and affecting the coating effect on the machine)
2. When taking the scraper, the collision of hard objects on the cutting edge should be avoided, resulting in damage to the cutting edge and cannot be used.
3. Before installing the coating scraper, clean the scraper fixture to avoid the accumulation of paper hair and impurities inside the fixture to affect the straightness of the scraper on the machine.
4. When using the scraper, the use of water spray on the edge can reduce the wear of the edge friction on the scraper and extend the service life
5. If the paper is broken but the scraper does not need to be replaced, the scraper should be cleaned immediately to prevent the coating from curing, but the scraper clamp should not be loosened and the scraper should be removed to prevent the knife position from changing and affecting the coating banner.
Due to the good wear resistance of the ceramic alloy scraper and the relatively stable coating condition, stable parameter settings should be maintained during the production process, and only slight adjustments should be made gradually during adjustment to avoid fluctuations in paper quality. If not necessary, generally should not often open the coating machine for adjustment
