In the production of roll paper, the roll paper requires uniform tightness of the roll, and the disadvantages such as different tightness at both ends and wrinkling of the paper core should be avoided.
With the continuous improvement of the speed of the rewinder, the maximum speed can now reach more than 3000 m/MIN, and now downstream manufacturers (printing plants) have higher and higher requirements for paper. The end face cannot have paper hair, knife lines, "annual rings", and the requirements for blades are also greatly improved. Ordinary blades made of traditional materials can no longer meet the requirements of advanced paper machines. Therefore, it is necessary to replace traditional materials with better new materials, and use more advanced heat treatment processes to bring the performance of new materials into a better state.

Under the premise of heat treatment, liquid nitrogen cryogenic treatment is carried out. Cryogenic treatment refers to the method of treating the workpiece at a temperature lower than -130 ° C with liquid nitrogen as the refrigerant. Cryogenic treatment can significantly improve the toughness of the workpiece without reducing the strength and hardness of the workpiece. It is one of the latest material toughening process. It can effectively improve the mechanical properties and service life of steel materials, non-ferrous metals and composite materials, stabilize the size, improve uniformity, and reduce deformation.
3. Precision post-processing
The most important thing in post-processing is the dynamic balance of the blade. We can control the blade beating to 3 to 5 wires, so that the blade is stable in high-speed operation, and will not hurt the blade due to the collision between the blade beating and the bottom knife, resulting in paper cutting problems.
